One important goal of the C.H.A.P.S. mission is the preservation of art produced in and around Coleman County.
That goal will be achieved not only by preserving already-existing art — such as paintings by local artists — but also by ongoing encouragement of the creation of new art through
- EVENTS
- exhibits of visual art (painting, drawings, etc.)
- live performances (music, dance, theater)
- EDUCATION in the appreciation of and production of art
And “the arts” will be understood to include all of these:
